2. MODEM FUNCTIONS: If initiating a modem call, type in the number to call, and click

Dial Now when ready. If receiving a call, you may click AUTO ANSWER & START

SCRIPT, or simply ANSWER for manual operation.

3. Click on AUTO SAVE CALLS TO LOG FILE and AUTO END CALLS. AUTO

SAVE CALLS will automatically save your data file to a log file. Selecting AUTO END

CALLS will end the recording after 30 seconds of inactivity.

4. Under SCRIPT FUNCTIONS, click on AUTO SEND. This will run the script on the

Landline side automatically.

5. Auto Hang-up time may be selected .

6. The maximum gap time of typist may be selected.

CONVERSATION TURN allows the tester to monitor call progress. It indicates the current turn

in the script.

FILES SCREEN

1. Click on the FILES button. The following screen will appear.
